Warranty

We care about our customers and products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim.

We warrant that all new equipment and materials are free from manufacturing defects, subject to the manufacturing conditions listed below. This warranty commences on the date of the original purchase invoice. Parts repaired or replaced under this warranty are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the buyer's responsibility to inform us of any changes to their contact information. This ensures that we can contact you immediately in the unlikely event of a safety alert.

The warranty period varies by product and is stated in the product description. For frames, this ranges from 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, and even a lifetime warranty.

This warranty applies to the equipment:
- As long as the equipment remains in the possession of the original purchaser and proof of purchase is provided.
- If it is within the warranty period of the specific part.
- If upgrades are performed as required by the manufacturer.

This warranty shall be void and of no effect if:
- All safety, maintenance, and operating instructions are not followed as specified in the equipment manuals.
- The equipment is used for a purpose other than its intended use, or is stored or used outdoors or in environments without proper temperature/humidity control.
- A home reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas, or any other type of commercial fitness facility.
- The equipment has been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or unauthorized modification by the company.
- Failure to replace the springs on spring-based equipment (Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Towers, Wall Units, Wallboards, etc.) every two (2) years may void this warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of any equipment or shipping charges, customs fees (if applicable), or costs incurred in the installation, repair, or replacement of parts shipped under the terms of this warranty.
- Fabric and upholstery on equipment

The equipment's fabric or upholstery is of the highest quality available and is warranted for 90 days after receipt of the product. This warranty does not cover cuts, burns, stains, dirt, damage caused by pets, damage to the fabric caused by abrasive, caustic, or chemical cleaning products, or damage caused by unreasonable use. Proof of damage may be required. If the same fabric is not available, the company will supply equivalent fabric.

Maintenance
The Pilates Store will repair or replace, at its discretion, any parts under warranty, provided the defect is due to a manufacturing or material defect and such defect occurs and is reported to the company within the warranty period.

Report damaged or incorrect products
If a product is damaged, or if items are missing or incorrectly delivered, please report this within 48 hours of receiving your order. In these cases, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund for the defective or incorrectly delivered products.

To report this, please contact us via support@depilatesstore.nl . You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs, provided you have followed the correct procedure and meet the stated conditions.

Important: If the packaging shows visible damage upon delivery, please report this immediately. All deliveries are subject to our Terms and Conditions, and claims must meet the carrier's requirements:

1. Please note the damage on the packing slip upon receipt, including a description of the damage and the notation "Damaged goods, subject to inspection."
2. The claim must be submitted within 24-48 hours of receiving the goods.
3. Please include clear photos of any damage to the items.

If the above steps are not followed, the carrier may reject the claim and unfortunately we cannot assist you in this matter.
